Hello! This year, I'll be taking part in JDRF's Walk to Cure Diabetes held in Tulsa. As you know, my daughter Lacy was diagnosed with juvenile diabetes at the age of 10. Lace and I are reaching out to all we know asking for your support.
We need sponsors, and any amount you can give will help us reach our goal. I know that if we believe and work together...we will find a cure.
Type 1, or juvenile, diabetes, is a devastating disease that affects millions of peoplea large and growing percentage of them children.
There is some good news, though. For the first time, scientists are predicting that we CAN expect to see a cure well within our lifetime!
